Morning Mindful Routine

This is my morning ritual.  When I was struggling to find peace and wanted a quick answer I searched every where and tried everything.  This morning routine brought quickly progress than any other medical or mental process/book.  I typed it up cute cause that’s what I love!!!  And I thought I’d share it for free to others who might want to implement this morning meditation or pondering or mindfulness…whatever you want to call it!!
